GROUP SIZE: 4 – 10 people

WINES: 6 to 8 bottles

BOOKING FEE: $200

WINE COST: $15 – $75 per bottle

TASTING BOARD: $10 – $20 per person

To enhance your experience, we provide a WSET Tasting Grid, a handy Tasting Cheat Sheet, and a comprehensive Glossary of Terms. These resources will guide you through the tasting process, helping you build confidence in identifying flavors, aromas, and wine characteristics.

Our Approach

  1. Initial Consultation: Discuss your goals, budget, and themes so approach can be customized and wines curated.

  2. Explore the Glossary: Delve into key wine terms to deepen your understanding and enhance your tasting experience.

  3. Engage with Non-Edible Aromas: Awaken your senses by exploring a variety of non-edible aromas through aromatic vials.

  4. Savor the Tasting Boards: Discover a range of aromas and flavors with hands-on ingredients presented in person.

  5. Master the Tasting Grids: Lead participants through the tasting process using the structured WSET and CMS grid systems.

  6. Embark on a Wine Flight: Enjoy a flight of 6 or 8 wines, starting with blind-tasting whites, revealing them, and then repeating with reds while discussing producers, regions, and history.
